Order cancellation within 48 hours of the service time, or no-show, will be charged the full price.

The responsibility for correct order details and execution lies with the customer.

For rides departing from Ben Gurion Airport (TLV), an additional parking fee of ₪35 will be charged.

Porter service to the apartment entrance for up to 6 suitcases incurs an additional ₪200.

Infant seat/booster seat is available for an additional ₪50, subject to availability.

Rides with excess luggage (more than 3 suitcases) and more than 2 passengers will automatically be priced as a van ride.

For arrivals at Ben Gurion Airport, after 1 hour of waiting from the actual landing time, an additional ₪200 will be charged for the driver’s wait.

For pickups from locations other than the airport, an additional ₪200 will be charged proportionally for waiting time starting from the agreed pickup time.

A stop at an additional destination in the same city will incur a ₪80 surcharge.
A stop in another city along the route will incur a ₪110 surcharge.

Toll road usage:
– Cars with up to 6 seats: ₪60
– Vehicles with over 6 and up to 20 seats: ₪100

All personal belongings and luggage are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The company is not liable for any delays or damage caused to the customer for any reason, including circumstances beyond its control.

If the customer causes damage to the vehicle, they will be charged the full cost of the damage, plus ₪1,000 per workday for the number of days the vehicle is out of service.

Vehicles arrive clean and organized.
If the vehicle is dirtied by the customer, a ₪300 cleaning fee will apply.

Van rides with more than 6 passengers and over 7 suitcases will be charged 50% more.

Orders placed within 24 hours before the ride will be charged a ₪70 reservation fee.
